• Unit comes furnished as a one-bedroom. (No, unfurnishing it is not an option.) • $2400 includes G.E.T., water, electric, basic cable via wifi, and internet. Tenant is responsible for his/her own trash removal and propane for the dryer. $2400 is for a 6 month or longer lease. If you are interested in month-to-month T.A.T will be added. (Currently 10.25%) • Looking for a quiet tenant! There are quiet tenants above this unit and the quiet owner/landlord lives below this unit, so quiet tenants are a must. • Quiet, well-behaved pets allowed at owner’s discretion with a $1000 pet deposit. • This unit does not have an enclosed grass area so dogs will need to be walked and all poop must be picked up, whether on property or off. • No smoking in the apartment or anywhere on/near the property. • First month’s rent plus $1,000 security deposit, and $1,000 pet deposit if applicable, due prior to move-in. • Requirements: o -Credit Score of 640+ o -Background check o -Good landlord references: 3-5 years of residential history with contact information for references o -Employer references & verification o -Sufficient Income: pay stubs, earnings statements, tax returns, bank statements or other documentation to verify your current financial situation o -Photo Identification o -There is a $25 per person (18 years or older) application fee • Owner is a licensed real estate agent.
